  2. Eligibility for Refunds

(a) Within the 24 Hours:

An employer (buyer) will receive a full refund of the purchase value if refund request comes within 24 hours of purchasing a job posting package.

(b) Where in the range of 24 and 72 hours:

 Discount demands made where in the range of 24 and 72 hours after the employer (buyer) will qualify for a half reduction of the sum paid.

(c) No refund after 72 hours:

After 72 hours employer (buyer) cannot apply for refund.

  1. Method of Refund Employers must contact admin@jobinfizz.com within the aforementioned time frames to request a refund. The accompanying data should be remembered for the email:

(a) The employer’s name,

(b) The date of the job posting bundle buy;

(c) The reason for requesting a refund;

  1. Reaction from Occupation Searchers: Employers are not eligible for a refund if they receive any responses from job seekers regarding the advertised position. This is to guarantee fairness and acknowledge the recruitment process’s efforts.

  3. Exclusions to Refunds Discounts won’t be given in the resulting cases:

(b) If job seekers have submitted responses to the employer.
